A PERSON was treated by paramedics after a crash on the A30 between Yeovil and Sherborne this morning, but unfortunately, he died on their way to the hospital as confirmed by the paramedics.
The incident happened at around 7.30am, involving two vehicles, on the Yeovil Road near Sherborne.
A spokesperson for the Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said it was initially reported people were trapped in the wreckage.
“On arrival, all persons were out of the vehicles and except one casualty in care of the ambulance service,” which sadly passed away they added.
“Crews made scene safe and managed traffic control until police arrival.”
