By the weekend, black market prices for Ireland’s World Cup quarterfinal matchup against the All Blacks are anticipated to reach €1,000 per ticket.

Irish fans who are scrambling to get tickets have stated that online “trading” platforms are very busy.

Peter Breen, a spokesman for the IRFU, said: “We advise individuals looking for tickets to only use the official websites.

It is stated that tickets have been going for “€500 and change” since the beginning of the week.

Prior to the crucial match, the New Zealand media has been agitating the situation.
