The game was available to us. We had some really good moves in the first half, but after that we let the atmosphere and momentum change.

“We lost our courage. The game was coming to us, so we weren’t forcing things as much as we should have.

“We lost two points because of our mindset. On Wednesday, we have to correct that. The players are upset that we lost by two points, and I share their annoyance.

Armstrong, the team’s lucky striker who has scored more than ten goals this year, was praised by Martin. “Adam was outstanding; he was among those who played with ferocity and intensity. All he needs to do is keep playing; he’s an amazing player.

“I’d like to be at the top of the league. Although I would like more points, I am limited by what we are currently building. Despite my frustration and anger over the game, I’m thankful for our season thus far.

“I am extremely happy with the players who are following our instructions most of the time. Days like this one are inevitable on the journey, but I’m having fun and am looking forward to what lies ahead.
