Norwich City: Young Star Leaves For National League, Following Current Perfomance At The Club……..

Young Norwich City forward Thomas Dickson-Peters has signed a one-month loan deal with Woking of the National League.

The Scotland youth international leaves Norwich on loan once more after spending the last two seasons playing for Grimsby Town in League Two and Gillingham in League One.

Dickson-Peters, 21, has not yet made his Carrow Road senior debut, but he has an exceptional track record at the youth level, having scored 24 goals in 52 games for the under-21s. His most recent goal was scored at Carrow Road in a 3-2 victory over Chelsea.

Dickson-Peters might go on another loan as City added Dennis Ogwuru, a former Manchester City attacker, and elevated Ken Aboh from the under-18s to Alan Neilson’s team.

Woking has had a successful start to their National League season and now sits in ninth place after winning four, drawing four, and losing three of their first 11 games. On Tuesday night, they go to Wealdstone, and Dickson-Peters might be involved.

The striker signed a new long-term contract in 2022, and he is committed to playing for Norwich until 2025.

Dickson-Peters’ next test will be demonstrating that he can handle the transition to men’s football after experiencing varying degrees of success on prior occasions away from the club.

Five times, most recently in 2021 for their 2-0 Premier League loss at Aston Villa, has he been listed as a substitute for the first team.
