Daniel Farke is not taking things at Kenilworth Road that way, despite Leeds United dropping further points against Luton Town on Saturday afternoon.

Isaiah Jones gave the Whites the lead against Luton, but Dan James immediately tied the score a few minutes later.

Leeds has six games left to pass Burnley and Sheffield United, but they are no longer in the running for automatic promotion, and given their record in the play-offs, they will be terrified of them. Leeds is displaying clear signs of disintegrating at the end of this season once more, with a sense of deja vu now creeping in for many of the team’s supporters during the final stretch.

Daniel Farke’s “good point” assertion was made public on Sky Sports.
Daniel Farke discussed his thoughts on the draw and the nature of the point with Sky Sports after the game, which is sure to infuriate a lot of Leeds fans.

“Yeah, a good point on the road,” he added.

“A large number of these players participated in the Premier League the previous season.” a side that is quite physical. We are aware that they are currently battling for every single point with a knife between their teeth.

Particularly when they assume the initiative. It’s difficult to go there, maintain composure, and equalise.

Indeed, it’s a difficult game to play for second balls. All of the long balls, set pieces, and long throw-ins must be defended.

“Aside from one half-chance for them, we’ve done incredibly well. Naturally, you must exercise patience and make the most of your one chance.

“Unfortunately, Manor Solomon’s 100% chance was lost. You have to leverage such a situation in a game like that if you want to win.

Later on, Isaac Schmidt and Patrick [Bamford] also had some close encounters. You have to admit that both teams were vying for every ball in the end.

“It helps us for our next games and is a good point on the road.” No points can be lost. This rule changed 20 years ago. All you can do is win points. Three points or one point.

“On the road, the game is challenging. I’ve participated in and been a part of numerous promotions. You play against a side that is struggling this season, particularly Luton, but they are still up and fighting.

“When you play Leeds United, the entire stadium is aflutter. The game is really challenging. Never undervalue a point. At times, a point can be extremely valuable.

“Winning the game today and reaching our desired point total is what I would have wanted. However, this was undoubtedly one of our most difficult games in the final stretch. We are about to play another difficult away game.

“This week is difficult. You must work hard and earn points. We did it, and today will be beneficial. Never undervalue a single point.

The fact that we displayed some steel today pleased me. We showed resilience. You have to dive in and fight and grind out.”

Daniel Farke’s assertion that draws are ruining Leeds United’s season will infuriate fans.
As much as losses may ruin a team’s season, draws can do the same. Leeds has only dropped one of their previous six games, but they have also drawn four of them, and the other teams are doing well.

Having lost their element of inevitability in games, the Whites must now make additional adjustments and come up with answers. The attack appears sluggish and laboured. The team’s performances no longer have any vigour or energy.

His position is completely nonsensical. If Leeds defeat Oxford United, they might possibly be four points clear of Sheffield United. Both would be ahead of Leeds if they won that but lost against Burnley.

It’s Farke’s task to regain the team’s attacking desire and find the requisite wins in the last six games. However, Leeds does not control it, and it is not a favourable starting place for the campaign’s final stretch.
