Arsenal are readying a move for Blackburn Rovers teenage sensation Harvey Higgins, sources have told Football Insider.
The striker, 16, is regarded as one of the most exciting talents in the country after impressing for club and country at youth level.
This season, the England Under-16 player has already made appearances for Blackburn’s Under-21 squad.
