Jack Evans, a midfielder for Halifax Town, has joined Harrogate Town.
The 24-year-old turned rejected a new deal with the West Yorkshire club and will sign a free agency contract with the League Two team on July 1. During his two seasons with the Shaymen, he made 65 appearances in the National League.
The length of the contract the former Blackburn trainee signed has not been revealed by Harrogate, who placed 18th in League Two this season.
After making 34 appearances this season, fellow midfielder Levi Sutton, 28, has agreed to a new one-year deal with Simon Weaver’s team.
