The 20-year-old forward joins David Hughes’ team as the newest member ahead of the 2025–2026 Sky Bet League Two season.
Reindorf, a strong and agile forward, started playing football at West Ham’s academy before joining Leyton Orient’s youth squad. After enjoying a loan stint with Kettering Town, Michael signed his first senior deal with Norwich City in 2023. In July 2024, Reindorf finalised a deal with Cardiff City. He has made a number of impressive under-21 appearances for the Bluebirds’ youth team since coming to South Wales. In addition, he made four appearances for Bristol Rovers in League One previous season.
Born in London, Reindorf brings a strong physical presence, pace, and an eye for goal to the Newport frontline.
