Wycombe Wanderers’ Young Player of the Year award goes to Cameron Humphreys, a midfielder on loan from the Blues.
Since joining the Chairboys in August, the 21-year-old Humphreys has made 41 starts and six substitute appearances across all competitions, tallying seven goals and six assists.
The Official Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Association presented him with his award before to Monday’s heartbreaking 4-0 home loss to Charlton.
With two games remaining, the Buckinghamshire team is now two points behind second-place Wrexham in League One, having suffered that defeat.
After making his move, Humphreys immediately won over the Adams Park supporters, receiving the moniker “The Suffolk Messi.”
With an option for a further season, the Colchester-born schemer, who has played a more advanced role for Wycombe than for Town, is under contract with the Blues until the summer of 2026.
